SIA "Eco House International" saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA „Eco House International” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz SIA “Eco House International” gada pārskatu informāciju, veikt saimnieciski finansiālās darbības analīzi, un novērtēt ieguldītā kapitāla atdevi, kā arī noteikt tā turpmākās attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarbā ir apskatīti saimnieciskās darbības analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, izvērtēts koka paneļu māju ražošanas tirgus Latvijā, veikts uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums un salīdzinājums ar konkurējošo uzņēmumu, noteiktas uzņēmuma darbības attīstības prognozes, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Darba apjoms ir 69 lpp., tajā ir ietvertas 11 tabulas, 7 attēli un 6 pielikumi. Atslēgas vārdi: saimnieciskā darbība, analīze, finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums.

Theme of the Diploma Paper is “Evaluation of current economic performance and business development rospects of “Eco House International” ltd. Objective of the Paper is basing on the information of the Annual Reports of “Eco House International” ltd to make the analysis of the economically financial activity and to evaluate the return of the invested capital as well to detect its options of further development. In the Diploma Paper there are viewed the theoretical aspects of the analysis of economic activity, evaluated the market of wood panel house production in Latvia, made the evaluation of the company’s financial condition and comparison with a competing company, defined the forecasts of the development of the company’s activity as well elaborated the proposals for the improvement of the company’s activity. Amount of Paper is 69 pages, in it there are included 11 tables, 7 pictures and 6 annexes. Key words: economic activity, analysis, evaluation of financial condition.
