Uzņēmuma "AGNI SALONS" darbības analīze tā konkurētspējas uzlabošānai

Abstract

Darbā veikta galveno uzņēmuma AGNI SALONS vadības sfēru analīze. Diplomdarba mērķis ir analizēt uzņēmuma darbību un novērtēt tās efektivitāti, veikt nozares struktūras izpēti uzņēmuma konkurētspējas uzlabošanai. Secināts, ka uzņēmumam ir skaidri apzināts mērķpircējs, norit darbības veicināšanas pasākumi un konkurentu darbības analīze. Uzņēmumam ir palielinājušās izmaksas, peļņa ir samazinājusies. Likviditātes koeficienta pazemināšanās tendence var radīt nelabvēlīgu situāciju īstermiņa saistību dzēšanā. Uzņēmuma ilgtermiņa ieguldījumos ir investēts pārāk daudz. Tuvākajos gados jāattīsta būvniecība Latvijā, jo kļūs labvēlīgāka vide ārvalstu būvfirmu ienākšanai, un vietējā būvniecība strauji novājināsies. Uzņēmumam jāekonomē finanšu resursi, novirzot tos perspektīvu produktu attīstībai. Jāuzlabo finanšu resursu sadali, samazināt izmaksas, plānot finanšu rezerves, veikt ieguldījumus tehnoloģisko procesu modernizēšanā un uzņēmuma attīstībā.

In this work is done the analysis of the most important spheres of company AGNI SALONS. The aim of the work is to analyze company’s functioning and evaluate it’s effectiveness, investigate the sphere’s structure to improve it’s competitiveness. In conclusions the company has a clear deliberated client, the functionality is stimulated, the functionality of competitors is analyzed. The company’s expenses are increased, the earnings are decreased. Decrease tendency of Liquidity/quick ratio can create negative situation in short-term liabilities repayment. It is too much invested in company’s long-term investment. The Latvia’s building must be developed in the near future. The company must spare financial resources by deflecting them to product’s development. The company needs to improve the distribution of financial resources, decrease expenses, project financial reserves, invest in company’s development and modernization.
