Maģistra darba mērķis: izstrādāt efektīvas finanšu vadības mehānismu un pielietot to transnacionalajā korporacijā. Tajā tiek analizētas Latvijā visbiežāk sastopamas finanšu vadības shēmas ar mērķi atklāt aktuālas problēmas. Minēto problēmu atrisināšanai darba autors ierosina izmantot 2009. gada Nobela prēmijas laureāta Olivera Itona Viljamsona izstrādāto neoinstitucionālo teoriju. Balstoties uz neoinstitucionālo teoriju un vairākiem netradicionāliem finanšu vadības instrumentiem, darba autors ir izstrādājis jaunu, netradicionālu efektīva finanšu menedžmenta kompleksa shēmu. Shēmu un tas efektivitāti autors novertē transnacionālas korporācijas darbības kontekstā.

The goal of this work consists in the development of procedures for the effective financial management. In the course of its creation, the traditional schemes of financial management, aimed at identifying current problems are investigated. In order to counteract these problems it was proposed to use neo-institutional theory of Oliver Eton Williamson. On the basis of the neo-institutional theory and several mechanisms of the non-traditional financial management, a new, non-standard, and complex scheme of procedures for the effective financial management was developed.. The effectiveness of the scheme is considered and evaluated in the framework of the transnational corporations.
