ES atbalsts lauksaimniecības nozarei Latvijā

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „Eiropas Savienības atbalsts lauksaimniekiem Latvijā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt ES atbalstu un tā tendences lauksaimniekiem Latvijā. Autors analizēja ES kopējo lauksaimniecības politiku, ES fondu atbalsta veidus lauksaimniecībai, ES finansiālo atbalstu Latvijā un ES, kā arī veica Latvijas zemnieku saimniecību aptauju par ES atbalsta fondu lietojumu, kā arī noslēgumā veikt rezultātu interpretāciju. Pirmajā daļā autors analizēja informāciju un datus par ES reģionālo politiku, kopējās lauksaimniecības politiku, kā arī tika raksturoti ES atbalsta fondi lauksaimniecības nozarei. Otrā daļa veltīta sekundāro statistikas datu analīzei attiecībā uz ES finansējuma apjomu un dinamiku lauksaimniecības nozarē. Trešajā daļā autors veica zemnieku saimniecību aptauju par ES atbalsta finansiālo instrumentu apguvi. Darba beigās autors sniedz rezultātu apkopojumu un to interpretāciju.

The title of the present diploma thesis is „European Union support to Latvian farmers”.The goal of the thesis is to study the EU support and trends of the support concerning the agriculture industry of Latvia. Author analyses EU common agricultural policy, EU fund types of support concerning agriculture, EU financial support in Latvia and EU, as well as conducts a survey among Latvian farmers on the use of EU support funds and interprets the obtained results. In the first chapter of the thesis, the author analysed information and data on EU regional policy, general agriculture policy, as well as the author characterised EU funds intended for support of agriculture industry. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of secondary statistical data regarding the extent of EU financial aids and dynamics of, to agriculture industry. In the third chapter author conducted a farmer’s survey in relation to the acquisition of EU financial aids. At the end author offers a summary of the results and interpretation of.
