Kapitālsabiedrības SIA „Animo Ltd” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un tā novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Kapitālsabiedrības SIA „ANIMO Ltd” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un tās novērtējums”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kapitālsabiedrības SIA „ANIMO Ltd” finansiālo stāvokli analīzi, veikt tā novērtējumu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākajai finansiālā stāvokļa ekonomiskajai attīstībai. Pirmās divas nodaļas ir analītiskas, pārējās divas – kapitālsabiedrības raksturojums un aprēķinu daļa. Analītiskā daļa ietver izvēlētā temata teorētisko pamatojumu. Aprēķinu daļā tiek analizēti kapitālsabiedrības finanšu rādītāji un veikti secinājumi, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi. Kā informācijas avoti tiek izmantoti kapitālsabiedrības SIA „ANIMO Ltd” 2006.-2008. gada pārskati, LR likumi, statistisko datu avoti un nepublicētie materiāli. Atslēgas vārdi: finanšu analīze, autoservisu ierīkošana, finanšu pārskatu rādītāju novērtēšana.

Diploma work topic is “The analysis and evaluation of financial situation of company "ANIMO" Ltd.”. The works consists of introduction, 4 chapters and below of each chapter are subdivisions of conclusions and proposals. The aim of diploma paper is to explore the position of financial analysis of company “ANIMO” Ltd, make a financial assessment of the position and develop the proposals for the future financial position of economical development. The first two chapters are analytical, the other two - a capital nature and calculation part. Analytical part contains the theoretical justification for the chosen topic. In the calculation part financial results of corporation are analyzed and conclusions as well as the detailed proposals are made. As sources of information are used 2006, 2007, 2008 annual reports of company "ANIMO" Ltd., RL (Republic of Latvia) laws, sources of statistical data and unpublished materials.
