Gada pārskata sastādīšana un tā galveno rādītāju analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Sabiedrības gada pārskats: tā sastādīšana un galveno rādītāju analīze”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt gada pārskatu sastādīšanas normatīvo bāzi, gada pārskata sastāvdaļas, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus saistībā ar analizējamo sabiedrību, izpētot finanšu analīzes pamatvirzienus un novērtējot sabiedrības finansiālo stāvokli. Zinātniski pētnieciskajā daļā autore veic sabiedrības SIA” Ambers Ieva” finansiālo analīzi. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir ietverta informācija par sabiedrības finanšu pārskatiem (bilanci, peļņas un zaudējumu aprēķinu, naudas plūsmas pārskatu, pašu kapitāla pārmaiņu pārskatu), to sīkāks raksturojums, kā arī sastādīšanas kārtība. Otrajā daļā ir rakstīts par finanšu analīzi un tajā izmantojamajiem rādītājiem, katra rādītāja sīkāks raksturojums un nozīme sabiedrības darbībā un SIA “Ambers Ieva” finanšu analīze un šī sabiedrības finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums. Pētījumā ir izmantota rezultātu salīdzināšana gan ar ideālo līmeni, gan ar iepriekšējiem periodiem, kas dod iespēju spriest, vai rādītāji ir uzlabojušies vai pasliktinājušies, kā arī prognozēt sabiedrības attīstības tendences, koeficientu metode, kura parāda finanšu proporcijas starp dažādiem pārskatu posteņiem. Autore ir izvirzījusi savus priekšlikumus sabiedrības esošo finansiālas stāvokļa uzlabošanai un trūkumu novēršanai. Bakalaura darbs tika izstrādāts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 77 lapas, satur 8 attēlus, 14 tabulas, 18 formulas, kā arī divus pielikumus. Darbā izmantoti 29 literatūras avoti. The theme of the bachelor paper is “Annual Report: its preparation and Main Ratio Analysis”. The aim of the paper is to research the normative documentation on annual reports and parts of annual report, as well as draw conclusions and make suggestions to the company that is being analysed. In the research part of the work the author carries out financial analysis of LLC ”Ambers Ieva”. The paper consists of two parts. The first part includes information about financial reports (balance sheet, profit – loss statement, cash flow review, own capital changes review), it detailed characteristics and preparation procedure. The second part tells about financial analysis and its ratios, about detailed characteristics of each ratio and its meaning in LLC “Ambers Ieva” financial analysis and evaluation of the company’s financial situation. There has been comparison method used in the paper. The results were compares with the ideal level and with previous period, which gave the opportunity to judge whether ratios improved or deteriorated as well as it allowed to forecast company’s development tendencies. The ratio method has also been used, which showed financial proportions between various report items. The author has proposed her suggestions about improvement of company’s current financial position and prevention of drawbacks. The bachelor paper has been written in Latvian language, it consists of 77 pages; it has 8 illustrations, 14 tables, 18 formulas and two appendices.
