Līderisms un tā ietekme uz SIA "LMT RETAIL & LOGISTICS" darbības efektivitāti.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma – „Līderisms un tā ietekme uz SIA LMT Retail & Logistics darbības efektivitāti”. Darba uzdevumi bija iepazīties ar zinātniskās literatūras autoru darbiem par līderisma būtību un teorijām, apkopot līderisma definīcijas veidus, izpausmes uzņēmējdarbībā, izanalizēt telekomunikācijas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības efektivitāti un darbinieku viedokli uzņēmumā. Darba hipotēze, ka līderisma īpašību attīstīšana un principu īstenošana uzņēmumā veicina uzņēmējdarbības efektivitāti, tika apstiprināta, pieņemot, ka efektivitāti nosaka saimnieciskās darbības rādītāju paaugstināšanās un darbinieku apmierinātības paaugstināšanās, tika pierādīta. Pēc finanšu rādītāju, darbības efektivitātes principu un darbinieku aptaujas rezultātiem, tika secināts, ka uzņēmējdarbības efektivitāte uzņēmumā ar katru gadu palielinās.

Master the topic – „Leadership and its impact on LMT Retail & Logistics” Ltd operational efficiency. The terms of reference were familiar with the works of authors of scientific literature on the nature of leadership and theories, summarize the definition of leadership types, forms of business, and analyze telecommunications operating efficiency and employee views of the company. The hypothesis that the development of leadership qualities and principles in the company increases business efficiency, was approved on the assumption that the effectiveness of a business performance and increase employee satisfaction increases were demonstrated. After the financial performance, operational efficiency and the principle of employee survey results, it was concluded that the effectiveness of the company business is increasing every year.
