Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Revīzijas nozīme uzņēmumu finanšu pārskatu kvalitātes paaugstināšanā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir balstoties uz auditorfirmas SIA „AUDIT ADVICE” NEXIA International finanšu pārskatu revīzijas metodoloģiju, novērtēt revīzijas lomu uzņēmumu finanšu pārskatu kvalitātes paaugstināšanā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus revīzijas procesa uzlabošanai. Izvēloties tēmu, autore vēlējās parādīt cik nozīmīga ir ārējā revīzija uzņēmumos un kādu ietekmi uz finanšu pārskatu kvalitāti atstāj revidenta profesionāla darbība. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 155 lpp., tas sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 15 tabulām, 18 attēliem un 23 pielikumiem. The topic of this Master's Paper is "The Role of Audit in the Improvement of Quality of Financial Reporting". The aim of the Paper is to evaluate the role of audit in the improvement of quality of financial reporting, basing on the methodology of financial reporting of the audit firm “AUDIT ADVICE" NEXIA International, and to develop propositions to improve the audit process. With this topic, the author wanted to show how important external audit in companies is, and what effect professional work of an auditor has on the quality of financial reports. The extent of the Master's Paper is 155 pages, it consists of 3 chapters and contains 15 charts, 18 pictures and 23 annexes.
