Projekts Bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības uzņēmuma izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izstrādāt uzņēmuma dibināšanas un attīstības projektu un, projekta novērtēšanai, veikt nepieciešamo izpēti, analīzi, plānošanu un aprēķinus. Maģistra darba procesā tiek plānota un izvērtēta jauna uzņēmuma SIA “Ielejas” dibināšana un veikta piecu saimnieciskās darbības gadu analīze. Projekta ideja ir izveidot bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības uzņēmumu, kas atrodas Viļakas novadā un pamatā nodarbojas ar aitkopību un kartupeļu audzēšanu realizācijai vietējā un perspektīvā arī eksporta tirgos. Projekta ietvaros paredzēts 2 gadu pārejas periods bioloģiskās lauksaimniecības statusa iegūšanai.

Goal of this master’s thesis is the drawing up of a project of company’s establishment and development, as well as performance of the necessary research, analysis, planning and calculations for the assessment purposes of the project. In the course of the drawing up of the master’s thesis establishment of a new company SIA (LLC) “Ielejas” shall be planned and assessed and analysis of the economic activity within five year period shall be performed. Idea of the project shall be establishment of an organic farming company located in Viļakas municipality and basically operating in the field of sheep-breeding and potato growing for realization in the local market and – in perspective – also in the export markets. Two year transition period for the acquirement of the organic farming status shall be foreseen within the project.
