Projekts SIA "Pommusch" dibināšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma SIA „Pommusch” dibināšana, izveidojot augstas klases viesnīcu un rekreatīvās atpūtas parku Pamūsas upes krastā, renovējot Pamūšu muižas ēku kompleksu un tās parku. . Uzņēmuma nosaukums - SIA „Pommusch’’, tas tika izvēlēts pēc senatnīgā muižas nosaukuma Pommusch. Projekta mērķis ir līdz 2016.gada 01.jūnijam renovēt Pamūšu muižu un labiekārtot tās 2.8Ha lielo teritoriju, vienlaikus telpās iekārtojot luksus klases viesnīcu, nepārsniedzot projekta kopējās izmaksas 620 000 EUR. Projekta realizācijai tiks izmantota mūra ēka, vecās pirts drupas upes krastā un zeme, kopējo platība - 2,8Ha, ēkas platība - 1100m2, paplašinot jumta stāvu plānots palielināt izmantojamo kvadratūru līdz 1400m2.

The name of company – SIA “Pommusch” was picked based on manor houses pristine name Pommusch. The aim of the project is to renovate manor house Pamūši until 1st of june 2016 also to landscape its territory of 2.8ha and at the same time to furnish a luxus class hotel in its premises, all of this should not exceed the total expenditures of the project which are 620 000 EUR. A stone building, For projects implementation a stone building will be used, the old ruins of a bathhouse at the bank of river and also land with total area of 2,8ha, building area - 1100m2, by expanding the attic floor it’s planned to increase the usable quadrature to 1400m2.
