SIA GRIF jauna produkta attīstības projekta izstrāde

Abstract

Anna Celmiņa. Maģistra darbs „SIA GRIF jauna produkta attīstības projekta izstrāde”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA GRIF nākotnes attīstības iespējas un pielietot praktiski projekta vadīšanas metodes. Maģistra darbs ietvēra SIA GRIF esošas situācijas izpēti un analīzi, problēmas konstatējumu un pilnveidošanas pasākumu izvēli. Uzņēmuma attīstībai tika izveidots jauns SIA GRIF cehs ar nodrošināto materiālo tehnisko bāzi. Darba pētījumā ietvaros tiek konstatēta problēma: Esošo ražošanas telpu tehniskais stāvoklis nenodrošina uzņēmuma tālākās attīstības iespējas. Problēmas risināšanai darba autore izstrādā projektu, kura ietvaros tiek organizēta darba telpas ar ražošanas iekārtam un labvēlīgo darba vidi.

Anna Celmina. Master's thesis is “Project for development of new product for GRIF Ltd”. The main goal of master's thesis is to explore future development and practical use of project management for GRIF Ltd. Master's thesis included GRIF Ltd situation and an analysis of the problem and finding a selection of measures of improvement. Development of the company provided material and technical base set up a new manufacturing workshop department. Working within the framework of the study is found the problem: production facilities do not provide the technical condition of the company's further development. To solve these problems, was created the project which developed manufacturing facilities and favorable working environment.
