STARPTAUTISKĀ BIZNESA PROCESU AUTSORSINGA IZMANTOŠANA

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēze ir „Ārpakalpojumu izmantošanas biznesa procesos starptautiskā prakse." Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām, ievada, secinājumiem un autora priekšlikumiem. Pirmā daļa ir teorētiska un veltīta ārpakalpojumu būtības un funkciju izpētei, riska analīzei, ārpakalpojumu priekšrocībām, vēsturiskajai attīstībai. Otrajā daļā autors analizē ārpakalpojumu stratēģijas izstrādāšanu un ārpakalpojumu izmantošanas procesu. Trešā daļa veltīta globālam apskatam un pasaules tirgus ārpakalpojumu izmantošanas biznesa procesos analīzei. Ceturtajā daļā autors izpēta iespējas uzlabot Latvijas apdrošināšanas kompāniju darbības efektivitāti izmantojot ārpakalpojumu instrumentus. Tēmas izpētes rezultātā, autors izdarīja secinājumu: biznesa procesu autsorsings var būtiski uzlabot uzņēmuma operatīvo efektivitāti un ekonomiskus radītājus.

Master thesis of this work is “International practice of Business Process Outsourcing”. This works consists of 4 parts, conclusions and the author’s suggestions. The first part is dedicated to the exploration of the outsourcing substance and functions, the history of development and diffusion of outsourcing. In the second part the author analyzes the outsourcing strategy elaboration and the outsourcing process. The third part is dedicated to the global survey of the world market business process outsourcing. In the fourth part the author examines the possibilities to amend the operational effectiveness of the Latvian insurance companies by using the outsourcing tools. As a result of this work, Author sets up the conclusion: business processes outsourcing can improve the operational effectiveness and economical indices of organization.
