ES fondu finansēto projektu grāmatvedības uzskaite uzņēmumā SIA "Profesionālās izglītības, tālākizglītības un eksaminācijas centrs"

Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir „ES fondu finansēto projektu grāmatvedības uzskaite uzņēmumā SIA „Profesionālās izglītības, tālākizglītības un eksaminācijas centrs””. Darbā pētītā problēma ir aktuāla, jo piesaistīto ES līdzekļu uzskaitei jāatbilst LR normatīvajiem aktiem un ES direktīvām, tādā veidā parādot, vai līdzekļi tiek iztērēti lietderīgi. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt, novērtēt un analizēt SIA „Profesionālās izglītības, tālākizglītības un eksaminācijas centrs” ES fondu piešķirto līdzekļu uzskaiti un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma vadībai un grāmatvedības nodaļai, lai padarītu to precīzāku un efektīvāku. Pētījuma rezultātā autore konstatēja, ka minētā uzņēmumā netiek precīzi uzskaitīti noES piesaistītie līdzekļi un to nepieciešams darīt pareizi un efektīvi, uzskaitot katra projekta darījumus atsevišķos grāmatvedības kontos. The Master’s thesis Ltd. „Accounting of projects financed by EU funds at Center of Professional Education, Further Education and Examination”. The problem of this paper is current due to the fact that accounting of leverage from European Union funds must comply with the current legislation in Republic of Latvia and European Union directives, thus showing that the money is well spent. The aim of master’s thesis is to investigate, evaluate and analyse accounting of European Union’s leverage in Ltd. „Accounting of projects financed by EU funds at Center of Professional Education, Further Education and Examination” and to developproposals for the company's management and the accounting department to make it more accurate and more efficient. In result of the study the author found out that company is not keeping correct accountingof leverage from European Union and that it needs to do it properly and effectively, listing each project transactions in separate accounts. The thesis consists of 82 pages, 4 tables, 13 images and 2 additions. Keywords: EU funding, accounting, analysis, efficiency.
