Diplomdarba nosaukums ir “Līzinga attīstība Latvijā”. Darba apjoms ir 70 lappuses. Diplomdarbā ir izmantoti 29 literatūras un informācijas avoti.
Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt līzinga būtību, gan no teorētiskās puses, gan arī izanalizēt tā praktisko pielietojumu, un, pamatojoties uz izdarīto analīzi, veikt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus, kā pilnveidot līzinga operācijas un izvairīties no kļūdām.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā darba nodaļā tiek izpētīta līzinga tirgus situācija Latvijā, t.i. piedāvāts apskatīt Latvijas Līzingu devēju asociācijas līzinga operāciju dinamiku. Tiek apskatīts līzinga portfelis kopumā, gan pēc finasēšanas aktīviem, gan tiek analizēts ko tieši finansē asociācija.
Otrā darba nodaļa tiek balstīta uz Latvijas vadošo līzinga kompāniju publicētiem un nepublicētiem datiem, veikta līzinga operāciju analīze.
Trešajā nodaļā ir apskatītas līzinga attīstības perspektīvas, problēmas ar to saistītas. Darba beigās tiek izteikti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Pielikumā ir iekļauti līzinga noformēšanai bankā nepieciešamie dokumenti t.i. pieteikuma anketas juridiskām un fiziskām personām.
Diplomdarbs satur 13 tabulas un 5 attēlus. The title of the graduation paper is “Leasing and Its Development in Latvia”. The volume of the paper is 70 pages. 29 literature and information sources have been used in compilation of the paper.
The aim of the paper is to consider the essence of leasing both theoretically and having analyzed the practical use thereof, to make conclusions and add author’s own suggestions for further development of leasing in the Latvian market.
The graduation paper consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter studies the situation in the Latvian leasing market. It is suggested to consider the operation behavior of the Latvian National Association of Lessors. Both the general leasing portfolio and the financial assets as well as the item of Association’s financing have been analyzed.
The second chapter is based on both published and non-published data of the leading Latvian leasing companies. The analysis of leasing operation behavior has been conducted.
The third chapter looks at the perspectives of leasing development in Latvia and the problems connected therewith.
The concluding part of the paper contains the author’s conclusions and suggestions. The attachments include samples of documents (questionnaires for legal entities and natural persons) necessary for bank leasing.
The graduation paper includes 13 tables and 5 drawings.
