RĪGAS PAŠVALDĪBAS AĢENTŪRAS "RĪGAS GAISMA" JURIDISKĀ STATUSA MAIŅA UN TĀ IETEKME UZ GRĀMATVEDĪBAS KĀRTOŠANAS PRASĪBĀM

Abstract

Sigitas Magones maģistra darba mērķis - izvērtēt Rīgas pašvaldības aģentūras „Rīgas gaisma” juridiskā statusa maiņas ietekmi uz grāmatvedības kārtošanas prasībām. Mērķis tiek sasniegts, izpētot Aģentūras grāmatvedības kārtošanas problēmas un definējot izmaiņas uzskaitē, mainot juridisko statusu. Maģistra darbam ir četras nodaļas, kurās tiek izpētīta: Aģentūras izveide, darbības raksturojums un attīstības perspektīvas; publisko aģentūru un komercsabiedrību grāmatvedību reglamentējošie normatīvie akti; aktualizētas problēmas Aģentūras grāmatvedības kārtošanā un iespējamās izmaiņas, kā arī analizēti divu vienas nozares uzņēmumu finanšu rādītāji. The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of legal status change of Riga municipality agency ‘Rīgas gaisma’ on the accountancy management requirements. The objective has been met by investigating the accountancy management straits and defining the changes in bookkeeping by changing the legal status. The report contains four chapters in which the following is investigated: Establishment of the Agency, characterisation of actions and perspective of development; Accountancy laws and regulations of commercial society and public agency’s; Current issues in Agency’s accountancy management and possible changes. A further investigation of two company financial establishers which act in the same sector has been performed.
