Vērtspapīru tirgus un ieguldījumu fondu analīze Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: Vērtspapīru tirgus un ieguldījumu fondu analīze Latvijā. Darba mērķis – izpētīt vērtspapīru tirgu un ieguldījumu fondu, pielietojot tehniskās analīzes metodes, veikt ieguldījumu fondu segmentēšanu pēc riskiem un ieguldītājiem. Pirmajā darba daļa apskatīti investīciju fondi, analizēts vērtspapīru tirgus un tā dalībnieki. Aprakstīti faktori, kas ietekmē vērtspapīru tirgus darbību. Otrajā nodaļā izskatīta vērtspapīru paketes formēšana. Apskatīti riska faktori un investīcijas fonda darba specifika. Uz akciju pamata, kas kotējas Rīgas Fonda biržā, izskatītas vērtspapīru analīzes metodes tai skaitā tehniskā analīze. Pēdējā trešajā daļa, investīciju fondi izskatīti kā finansu resursu un kapitāla piesaistīšana mārketingam. Veicot pētījumu, autore sadalījusi fondus pēc riska un investoriem. Darbā tika izmantotas kvantitatīvās un kvalitatīvās izpētes metodes. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem.

The theme of this diploma paper is “Securities market and investment funds analysis in Latvia”. Securities market and stock exchange, as its main link, takes a prominent place both in world and Latvia market economy. The aim of the diploma paper is to analyze the securities market and investment funds of Latvia. The first part of the paper is devoted to theoretical analysis of securities market, investment funds and its members. The factors affecting the profitability and efficiency of securities market are also described. In the second part the closer look is taken at the concept of formation of securities portfolio. The risks and peculiarities of an activity of investment fund are studied. The methods of analysis of securities, technical analysis in particular, are scrutinized on the basis of shares, which are in demand at Riga stock exchange. Quality and quantity methods of research have been employed in this paper. This diploma paper consists of introduction, three main parts, conclusion and suggestions.
