| dc.description.abstract | Darbs ir veltīts naftas piesārņojuma likvidēšanas preparātu: sorbentu izstrādei uz kūdras bāzes. Kūdras modificēšana ir veikta ar ķīmiskajām un fizikālajām metodēm. Iegūto rezultātu raksturošanai un analīzei izmantota gravimetrija, Furje transformācijas infrasarkanā spektrometrija, diferenciāltermiskā analīze, termogravimetrija un diferenciāltermiskā gravimetrija. Darba rezultātā ir novērtētas 5 kūdras modificēšanas metodes, noteikts optimāls kūdras tips un botāniskais sastāvs naftas sorbentu ražošanai, noteikti optimāli apstākļi kūdras termiskajai hidrofobizācijai, kā arī raksturotas konkrētas strukturālas izmaiņas kūdras organiskajā vielā, kas noved pie tās īpašību uzlabošanās termiskās apstrādes rezultātā.

| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis work is a preparation of sorbents for oil spills cleanup on a base of peat. Modification of peat has been carried out with chemical and physical methods. Gravimetry, Fourier transformation IR spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis, thermogravimetry and differential thermal gravimetry were used for analysis and characterization of obtained results. As a result of study 5 peat modification techniques were elaborated, determined the optimal peat type and botanical composition for production of oil sorbents, determined the optimal conditions for thermal hydrophobisation of peat, as well as investigated specific structural changes in peat which resulted in improvement of hydrocarbon sorption characteristics.
