The present diploma paper deals with the theme of the teaching/learning vocabulary. To discover the effectiveness of the techniques and tasks piloted and to clarify the students’ habits of learning benefits the author of the diploma paper performed the interviews and two questionnaires.
The results of the empirical study demonstrate the students’ gains and preferences in terms of vocabulary learning techniques and tasks of the pilot study..
