Pirmreizēja pacienta zināšanas par anestēziju pirmsoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Pirmreizēja pacienta zināšanas par anestēziju pirmsoperācijas periodā”, autore teorētisko daļu balsta uz B. Ņūmenas (Betty Neuman) Sistēmas modeļa filozofisko pamatojumu, kā arī izmanto Hansa Seljē (Hans Selye) stresa koncepciju. Teorētiskais pamatojums apstiprina nepieciešamību veikt aprūpi pirmsanestēzijas periodā atbilstoši pacienta individuālajām vajadzībām, ņemot vērā viņa zināšanu par anestēziju nozīmi. Autore analizē 32 literatūras avotus latviešu un angļu valodās par zināšanu nepieciešamību pacientam pirms anestēzijas, par pareizas komunikācijas izvēli, māsas lomu pirmsanestēzijas aprūpes procesā, saistot to ar klīnisko praksi. Pētījuma mērķis – noskaidrot kādas ir pirmreizēju pacientu zināšanas par anestēziju pirmsoperācijas periodā. Anketēšanas rezultāti atspoguļo respondentu zināšanas par anestēziju pirmsoperācijas periodā, kā arī apkopo informāciju par pacientu vēlmi iegūt papildus zināšanas. Pētījuma rezultāti apstiprina hipotēzi, ka pareizi atbildēt uz visiem jautājumiem par anestēziju spēj neliela daļa pacientu. Secināts, ka pacienti pirmsanestēzijas periodā vēlas saņemt vairāk zināšanu, kuru nodrošināšanā liela loma ir anestēzijas māsai.

In the bachelor’s work „The knowledge of a first time patient about anesthesia in the period before the operation” the author builds theoretical part on the philosophical substantiation of Betty Neuman’s Systems model and also uses stress concept of Hans Selye. The theoretical basis confirms the need to perform care in the period before the anesthesia according to the individual needs of the patient and taking into account the significance of patient’s knowledge of anesthesia. The author analyses 32 sources of literature in Latvian and English on the need of patient’s knowledge before before anesthesia, the right choise of communication, the role of nurse in the care process before anesthesia, relating it with clinical practice. The aim of the reserch is to find out, what knowledge about anesthesia does the patent have in the period before the surgery. Thre results of the survery disclose the respondent’s knowledge of anesthesia in the period before the surgery and summarise the information on patient’s willingness to obtain additional knowledge. The results of survery confirm the hypothesis that the majority number of patients haveinsufficient knowledge of anesthesia. The conclusion of the work confirms that the patients in the period before anesthesia willing to obtain more knowledge in the provision of which the nurse anesthesist has a large roll.
