Aprūpes dokumentācijas ieviešana Latgales novada rajona slimnīcās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „ Aprūpes dokumentācijas ieviešana Latgales novada rajona slimnīcās ” mērķis ir noskaidrot kāda dokumentācija tiek pielietota ārstniecības iestādēs dokumentējot pacientu aprūpi, kurā tiek atspoguļotas pacientu vajadzības. Darbā tika noskaidrotas māsu zināšanas par aprūpes dokumentāciju, un attieksme pret jaunas dokumentācijas ieviešanas iespējām. Rezultātu apkopojums norāda uz dokumentācijas lietderīgumu un aprūpes uzlabošanu. Bakalaura darbs sniedza informāciju par aprūpes līmeņiem, t.i., pacientu sadalījums pēc to pašaprūpes spējām. Darba teorētiskam pamatam tika izmantotas V. Hendersones „ Teorija pamatota pamatvajadzībām” un D. E. Oremas „ Pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija”. Bakalaura darbā izmantoti 34 literatūras avoti, no tiem 25 latviešu valodā, 7 angļu valodā un 2 krievu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi: māsa, aprūpe, pašaprūpe, aprūpes līmeņi, dokumentācija.

The aim of Bachelor paper " Introducing dokumentation of care in a local hospital in Latgale region" is to inquire into patient care medical documentation used in medicine institutions. To find out in which documentation the patients' needs are reflected. The nurses’ competence about the patient cares level documentation, as well as their attitude towards the possible implementation of new documentation is researched in the paper. A summary of the results proves the documentation usefulness and patient-care improvement. The present Bachelor paper reflects the information about the patient cares levels - the division according the ability of patients to take care of themselves. The theoretical part of the work is based on such sources as V. Hendersone „Teorija pamatota pamatvajadzībām” un D. E. Oremas „ Pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija”..
