Elektrolīzes epilācija - galvenā liekā apmatojuma likvidācijas metode sievietēm ar hirsutismu un hipertrihozi

Abstract

Autores darbs „Elektrolīzes epilācija – galvenā liekā apmatojuma likvidācijas metode sievietēm ar hirsutismu un hipertrihozi” tiek veikts ar mērķi izvērtēt elektrolīzes epilācijas metodes efektivitāti. Raksturoti hirsutisma un hipertrihozes iespējamie rašanās cēloņi un galvenās ārstēšanas metodes. Sniegta informācija par aparatūru, kāda tiek izmantota epilācijas procedūras veikšanai. Salīdzināta elektroepilācija ar divu veidu elektrodiem- adatas un pincetes elektrodu. Sniegts elektrolīzes epilācijas darbības princips, aprakstīti epilācijas pamatveidi un termolīzes paveidi, raksturotas modernākās epilācijas papildmetodes hirsutisma ārstēšanā. Atzīmēti pēcepilācijas sarežģījumi un to profilakse, izstrādātas pēcepilācijas rekomendācijas. Dots autores elektroepilācijas salīzinājums ar citām hirsutisma un hipertrihozes likvidācijas metodēm, kā arī izteikti autores komentāri par katru no epilācijas veidiem. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, pierādīta elektroepilācijas efektivitāte. Darbā iekļauta interneta portālā www.medicine.lv publicētā zinātniskā publikācija par aktuālu tēmu: „Elektrolīzes epilācija saistībā ar Šteina- Leventāla olnīcu policistozes sindromu”. Izstrādāts informatīvs buklets: „Elektrolīzes epilācija – efektīvākā metode sievietēm cīņā ar nevēlamo apmatojumu”. Bukleta izstrādes mērķis- sievietes izglītošana saistībā ar hirsutismu un hipertrihozi, kā arī elektrolīzes epilācijas metodes efektivitāte cīņā ar nevēlamo apmatojumu.

Bachelor thesis „Electrolytic epilation is the main method for hirsutism and hypetrichosis control in women” has been written with the purpose to evaluate effectiveness of the method of electrolytic epilation in women with hirsutism and hypetrichosis. A woman would accept with understanding genetically inherited excessive hair on the face or body, while the greatest stress due to unwanted hair growth is caused by fighting against the consequences of untreated ovaries, thyroid gland and mammary glands. The method’s effectiveness is compared with two types of electrodes – a pincer electrode and a needle electrode. The author gives her opinion on electrical epilation, comparing it with other methods of hirsutism and hypetrichosis control, such as laser and photoepilation. On the basis of practice and work experience, the comments are given on each way of epilation. A quality research method was used in the bachelor paper – interview, survey and record of observations. On the basis of the results of the research, effectiveness of electrical epilation has been proven. The paper contains a scientific publication on the topical issue: „Electrolytic epilation in connection with Stein-Levental polycystic ovary syndrome”. For education of women in hirsutism and hypotrichosis an informative booklet has been prepared, called „Electrolytic epilation is the most effective method for unwanted hirsutism control in women”. The conclusions and proposals are given in the final part of the paper. One of the conclusions is that in Latvia laser epilation is more accentuated, however, the patients are not completely satisfied with its effectiveness, therefore, a long-forgotten electrolytic epilation should be popularized for unwanted hirsutism control.
