Perinatālās aprūpes principi jaundzimušajiem pēcdzemdību periodā

Abstract

Viena no valstī noteiktajām veselības aprūpes prioritātēm ir perinatālā aprūpe. Kas ietver sevī, arī jaundzimušo aprūpi. Ik dienas pieaug prasības pēc personāla profesionālā līmeņa un kvalifikācijas pilnveidošanas Ņemot vērā problēmas aktualitāti, bakalaura darba tēma ir „Perinatālās aprūpes principi jaundzimušajiem pēcdzemdību periodā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt perinatālās aprūpes principus jaundzimušajiem, medicīnas māsas skatījumā, lai uzlabotu bērna aprūpi pēcdzemdību periodā. Pētījumā lietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, kura ļāva uzzināt un apkopot māsu viedokli par perinatālās aprūpes principiem, kas ietekmē jaundzimušā aprūpi pēcdzemdību periodā, un kādi uzlabojumi nepieciešami, lai jaundzimušo aprūpe noritētu labāk. Darbā apskatīti 40 literatūras avoti. Analizēta un tēmai piesaistīta Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes trūkuma teorija. Literatūras analīzes un pētījuma gaitā tika atklāti perinatālās aprūpes principi, kas uzlabo jaundzimušo aprūpi pēcdzemdību periodā. Pētījuma laikā daļēji apstiprinājās hipotēze: perinatālās aprūpes principi ir labvēlīgi jaundzimušo aprūpei pēcdzemdību periodā. Atslēgas vārdi – perinatālā aprūpe, jaundzimušais, māsas loma aprūpes procesā.

One of the priorities named by the state is perinatal care. It includes care of newborns too. Every day increases a level of personnel profesionality and qualification as needed. Admitting how serious is this problem , the theme of my work is " The principles of perinatal care for newborns and in afterbirth period”. The goal of the research is to research the perinatal care principlesfor newborns from a point of view of nurse, to make increasein quality of care for newborns in the afterbirth perio. There was a quantitative method used in the research, it allowed to overlook and to collect the point of view of nurses about principles of perinatal care, which effects the careof newbornsin the afterbirth period, and what can be done to make care of newborns better. In the research were 40 sources of literature used, analysed and " Self care absence theory " by Dorothy Orema involved . In the research of literature and analyseing there were principles of perinatal care found, what makes newborn care better in the afterbirth period. A hypothesis partualy was accepted in this research: the perinatal care principles are positive for care of newborns at the afterbirth period.
