Kakla sāpes un to ārstēšanai lietojamo bezrecepšu medikamentu un citu līdzekļu apgrozījums 2011.gadā Viršu aptiekā SIA Amoliņš

Abstract

Bezrecepšu līdzekļi kakla sāpju ārstēšanai ir vieni no plaši lietojamiem terapeitiskajiem līdzekļiem aptiekā. Šobrīd aptieku rīcībā ir ļoti plašs sūkājamo tablešu, aerosolu un kakla skalojamo līdzekļu sortiments. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „Amoliņš” Viršu aptiekas apgrozījumu par kakla sāpju ārstēšanas līdzekļiem un analizēt apgrozījuma īpatsvaru atkarībā no to sastāva, cenas un sezonalitātes. Pirmajā daļā ir apskatīti kakla sāpju veidi un iedalījums, to biežākie izraisītāji, bezrecepšu zāļu un citu līdzekļu apskats. Pētījumā daļā ir analizēts bezrecepšu zāļu, uztura bagātinātāju un medicīnas ierīču apgrozījums. Aprēķini veikti par laika periodu no 2011. gada 1. janvāra līdz 31. decembrim. Apkopojot rezultātus tika secināts, ka bezrecepšu zāļu un citu līdzekļu apgrozījuma īpatsvars ir atkarīgs no sezonalitātes, rudenī un ziemā šo līdzekļu patēriņš ir lielāks kā vasarā. 2011. gadā Viršu aptiekā tika pārdoti 800 medicīnas ierīču, 486 bezrecepšu zāļu un 124 uztura bagātinātāju oriģināli.

Sore throat non – prescription drugs are one of the most widly used in pharmacy. Nowadays pharmacies offer several assortment of lozenges, sprays and throat gargles. The main aim of the Bachelor paper is to explore the turnover of sore throat drugs cure in ‘’Amoliņš’’ Viršu pharmacy and to analyse the specific weight of turnover in relation to composition, price and seasonality. The first chapter explores classification types of throat inflammation and their division, the agents and also sore throat non – prescription applicable drugs. The research chapter analyses the turnover of sore throat non – prescription drugs, supplements and medical devices. The data analysed in this paper is based on one – year observations ( 01/01/2011 – 31/12/2011). Summarising the findings, it can be concluded that the specific weight of the turnover of non – prescription drugs and other medications depend on seasonality. For example, consumption of medical resources are higher in autumn in comparison to summer. There were 800 medical devices, 486 non – prescription drugs and 124 supplements sold in Viršu pharmacy in 2011.
