Abstract

Darbā tika aprakstītas Aleksandra Augstumu psihiatrisko nodaļu pacientu ārstēšanas metodes pirms neiroleptiķu ieviešanas mediciniskajā praksē. Ir sniegti pacientu sociāldemogrāfiskais raksturojums, aprakstītas tā laika dažādas medicīniski sociālas īpatnības (kara ekspertīzes, palīdzības sniegšana ievainotiem, finansēšanas grūtības un garīgi slimo pacientu iznīcināšana).
