| dc.description.abstract | Mūsdienās zinātne un medicīna strauji ir gājusi uz priekšu dažādu tehnoloģiju ziņā, kas padara ārsta darbu ērtāku, precīzāku un pacienta riskus mazākus, komfortu lielāku, izveseļošanos ātrāku.
Farmakoloģija šodien piedāvā nesalīdzināmi lielāks iespējas un dažkārt arī mazāku zāļu toksicitāti nekā tas bija 100 gadus atpakaļ.
Tomēr nekāds tehniskais progress nevar aizstāt nepieciešamību pēc īsta ārsta attieksmes, stājas un domāšanas, pēc tāda ārsta, kuru redzot gribas teikt: Dievam līdzīgs ārsts!
Ar lepnumu var teikt, ka šādas personības var atrast Latvijas medicīnā un tā ir atrodamas Fakultātes terapijas skolā - Zīles – Rudzīša – Lazovska skola, kas veidojusies un plaukusi P. Stradiņa Klīniskās Universitātes slimnīcas Iekšķīgo slimību klīnikā un ir ietekmīgākā un redzamākā no visām medicīnas skolām Latvijā.
Trīs spilgtas iezīmes raksturo šo zinātnisko skolu: centrālā vietā izvirzīta internā medicīna visā tās krāšņā daudzveidībā, ar padziļināru interesi par vienu vai otru specifisku virzienu vai niansi. Interno medicīnu no vienas puses papildina medicīnas filozofija, bet no otras - terminoloģija.
Prof. M. Zīle, fakultātes terapijas skolas dibinātājs, starptautisku kongresu rīkotājs, ievērojams ar savu medicīnas filozofiju par medicīnas sintēzi, par ko ir atzinīgi un augstu novērtēts gan Eiropā, gan ASV. M. Zīle pārsteidz ne tikai ar jautājumu – kas ir dvēsele - bet arī parāda ceļu, kur to meklēt. Ieviesis jaunu terminu – mācību par veselību jeb higioģenēzi. Ieviesis oriģinālus izgudrojumus.
Prof. K. Rudzītis pazīstams ar oriģināliem uzskatiem, pārsteidzošiem atklājumiem, kā arī liek aizdomāties, ka zobiem nav vien estētiska un barības smalcināšanas funkcija, bet tiem, īpaši, devitāliem zobiem, var būt nopietna loma slimību patoģenēzē; medicīnas terminologs, prof. M. Zīles skolnieks.
Prof. I. Lazovskis pazīstams ne tikai kā izcils ārsts, bet kā tautas mīlēts ārsts un tautas patriots – spilgta, suģestējoša personība ar augstu inteliģences līmeni, izcils orators un valodnieks; medicīnas terminologs, prof. K. Rudzīša skolnieks. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Modern science and medicine have rapidly gone developed in terms of different Technologies. It makes work easier for doctors and patients, reduces risks, provides more comfort and faster recovery.
Pharmacology today offers new hopes and opportunities, offer lower drug toxicity than it was 100 years ago, however, no technical progress could replace the need for proper attitude, bona fide doctor's approach and thinking to claim - God-like doctor!
With pride we can say that such doctors could be found within the Latvian medical tradition at the Faculty therapy school named Sihle – Rudzitis – Lazovsky school which is the most influential and most prominent of all medical schools in Latvia. It has it’s own phylosophical and clinical approach as well as influence on development of medical terminology in the Latvia. The final paper „Scientific school of the internal medicine of the Latvia” is about three the most famous and influential doctors and scientists of Latvian history heading Sihle – Rudzitis – Lazovsky school.
Prof. Martin Sihle (Zile), the school's founder, is famous as an author and organizator of several International Congress’es of medical synthesis and recognized in the Europe and the United States. He has introduced orginal phylosophy. He has specialized both in the tanatology and in the internal medicine and published works of the hygiene, asthma and heart disease. You will be introduced in a wonderful research of what is the soul and the spiritual principles of treatment.
Prof. Kristaps Rudzitis was famous doctor for interesting extraordinary approach in the medicine and a propagator of focal dental infection principle in the medical practice in the Latvia, author of book of propedeutics principles in the medicine. His life work is Terminologia medica – the largest book of medical terminology in the former Soviet Union, one of the biggest in the Europe and in the world. He was extraordinary lecturer and a professor. Not recognized by the Soviet regime he developed real science and bright approach. He was a disciple of prof. M. Sihle.
Prof. Ilmars Lazovsky was a beloved and famous doctor for many Latvians and also a brilliant public speaker and developer of ideas for eduction, intelligence, public health etc. He specialized in clinical rheumatology and nephrology. He was a disciple of prof. K. Rudzitis. | en_US |
