Magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma taktika multiplās sklerozes diagnostikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma taktika multiplās sklerozes diagnostikā”. Darba pamatā tika izvirzīts mērķis, noskaidrot izmeklējuma taktiku ietekmējošos faktorus. Darba ietvaros ir aplūkoti dažādi informatīvie materiāli par multiplo sklerozi, tās epidemioloģiju, patofizioloģiju, klīniskajiem simptomiem un formām. Tā kā magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējums ir praktiski vienīgais, kas sniedz vizuālu informāciju par šīs saslimšanas radītajām izmaiņām, ir neapšaubāma nozīme tā kvalitatīvai izpildei. Veicot pētniecības darbu, tika izmantota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode-anketēšana, ar kuras palīdzību apkopota informācija par dažādiem faktoriem, kas ietekmē izmeklējuma gaitu un pielietoto izmeklējuma taktiku. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par pietiekami lielu dažādību izmeklējuma veikšanā, un aktuāls ir jautājums par vienotas taktikas nepieciešamību multiplās sklerozes pacientu izmeklēšanā ar magnētiskās rezonanses metodi.

The topic of the Bachelor’s degree paper is „Tactics of Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Diagnostics of Multiple Sclerosis”. The aim underlying the paper is identification of the factors which influence the tactics of Imaging. The paper explores various informative materials on multiple sclerosis, its epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical symptoms, and forms. Since Magnetic Resonance Imaging is, in fact, the only type of examination that provides visual information about the changes caused by this disease, the quality of performing it is undoubtedly of high importance. The quantitative research method „Questionnaire” was used while performing the research. The method was used to gather information about various factors which influence the course of the examination and the tactics for the examination. The results of the study show a sufficiently large diversity in the performance of the examination, and a topical issue is the one regarding common tactics for examination of multiple scl
