Ekstemporālās zāļu formas "Smiltenes aptiekā 2"

Abstract

Darbā ir apkopota informācija par zāļu gatavošanas tiesisko regulējumu Latvijā, Smiltenes aptiekas vēsturi, ekstemporālām zāļu formām aptiekā. Vārda receptes skaidrojums, informācija par šķidrās zāļu formas – deguna pilienu aktīvo vielu efedrīna hidrohlorīdu, aptiekā izgatavoto zāļu derīguma termiņiem un par zāļu kvalitātes kontrolēm. Pētījuma mērķis ir statistiski noteikt visbiežāk gatavoto zāļu formu "Smiltenes aptiekā 2", pārbaudīt, cik ilgi deguna pilieni saglabā savu stabilitāti, vai ir iespējams pagarināt norādīto derīguma termiņu. Deguna pilienu norādītais derīguma termiņš ir 30 dienas. Pēc statistikas datiem visbiežāk izgatavotā zāļu forma "Smiltenes aptiekā 2" ir šķidrā zāļu forma, tie ir deguna pilieni, kas satur efedrīna hidrohlorīdu. Lai pārbaudītu deguna pilienu stabilitāti, tika veiktas kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās zāļu analīzes metodes.

In this work, there is summerized information about legal regulations of making up medicine in Latvia, history of chemist's shop in Smiltene, extemporal kinds of medicine at the chemist's shop, explanation of the word "prescription", information about the liquid medicine – ephedrin hydrocloride as an active substance of nosedz drops, suitability date of medicine made u pat the chemist's shop and checking quality of medicine.The aim of this research is to identify the most often made up forms of medicine at "Smiltenes aptieka 2", duration of stability of the nose drops, possibility to prolong the term of suitability. The indicated term of suitability is 30 days. Statistically, nose drops were the most often made up form of "Smiltenes aptieka 2".To check stability of nose drops there were used methods of quality and quantity analysis.
