Abstract

Alerģija ir viena no mūsdienu izplatītākajām slimībām, ietekmējot līdz pat 20% no populācijas. Alerģiju izārstēt nevar, bet var lietot simptomātisku terapiju. Visbiežāk tiek lietoti H1-antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamenti, kas kavē histamīna izdalīšanos un alerģisko reakciju izpausmes. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt H1-antihistamīna bezrecepšu medikamentu apriti Sentor Farm Aptiekas filiālē Rankā, veikt iedzīvotāju anketēšanu par alerģiju un pretalerģijas medikamentiem. Veicot pētījumu tika noskaidrots, ka H1- antihistamīnus satur arī medikamenti drudža un gripai līdzīgu simptomu ārstēšanai. Pārdotākie medikamenti bija Suprastin, Rinodeks Plus sīrups un Tavegyl. Novērojama daļēja sezonalitāte. Anketēšanā noskaidrots, ka 54,37% no respondentiem ir alerģiski vai saskārušies ar alerģiska veida reakcijām, salīdzinot ar laukiem, pilsētā ir lielāks skaits alerģisku indivīdu.

Allergy is one of the most common diseases today, affecting up to 20% of the population. Cannot be cured from allergy, but can use symptomatic treatment. The most often used drug is H1-antihistamines, preventing the release of histamine for expression of allergic reactions. The aim of this Bachelor’s work is to research the turnover of non-prescription H1-antihitamines in Sentor Farm Aptiekas pharmacy at Ranka and make population survey about allergy and allergy treatment. This research showed that also medications for flu and fever like symptoms treatment contains H1-antihistamines. The most sold medicaments were Suprastin, Rinodeks Plus syrup and Tavegyl. The turnover of antihistamines has a partial seasonality. In survey research found that 54,37 percent of respondents are allergic or come into contact with allergic reaction, people in cities are more allergic, compared with country.
