Radzenes endotēlija analīze pirms un pēc FEMTO LASIK operācijas salīdzinājumā ar SMILE

Abstract

SMILE un Femto LASIK ir jaunās operāciju metodes, ko visbiežāk pielieto mūsdienu refraktīvā ķirurģijā. Operāciju laikā tiek pielietoti divi dažādi lāzeru veidi, ja tie bojātu radzenes endotēlija slāni, tad pacientiem pēc operācijas periodā pastāvētu iespēja attīstīties radzenes tūskai un redzes asuma samazināšanai. Mērķis: izvērtēt endotēlija šūnu blīvuma, polimegatisma un pleomorfisma izmaiņas pēc Femto LASIK un SMILE operācijām, kā arī salīdzināt to rezultātus savā starpā. Metodes: pacienti bija sadalīti divās grupās, attiecīgi pielietotai operācijas metodei. SMILE grupā bija analizētas 30 acis, bet Femto Lasik grupā 21 acs. Endotēlija šūnas bija analizētas pirms operācijas un pēc viena, trīs un sešiem mēnešiem pēc operācijas, ņemot vērā šūnu blīvumu, polimegatismu un pleomorfismu, tad tika savstarpēji salīdzināti. Femto LASIK and SMILE are new operation methods which are widely used in modern refractive surgery. During the operations two different laser types are applied. In the event that the operation damaged the corneal endothelial layer, patients would have corneal swelling and reduction of visual acuity. Purpose: to assess the changes in endothelial cell density, polymegathism, and pleomorphism after Femto LASIK and SMILE procedures were performed, and to compare their results. Methods: patients were divided into two groups; respective to the operation method that they had performed. In the SMILE group, 30 eyes were analysed, but in the Femto Lasik only 21 eyes were. Endothelial cells were analysed prior to the operation, as well as further analysis in the first month, third month and six following the operation. Endothelial images were obtained by Confoscan4 microscope.
