Grūtniecības iznākumi sievietēm ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem

Abstract

Pieaugot psihofarmakoterapijas lietošanai un pieejamībai, praksē bieži jārisina jautājums par grūtniecības vadīšanu un uzturošās terapijas pielāgošanu sievietei ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem, jāprognozē grūtniecības iznākums. Pētījuma mērķis bija izzināt grūtniecības iznākumus sievietēm ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem. No 128 respondentēm, 94 grūtniecības laikā konstatēja psihiskos un uzvedības traucējumus. Kopumā šīm sievietēm bija 129 grūtniecības. Labvēlīgie grūtniecības iznākumi bija 67, nelabvēlīgie - 20. 17 grūtniecības gadījumos veikti medicīniskie aborti. Veicot pētījumu, tika secināts, ka psihofarmakoterapija grūtniecības laikā neietekmē pilntermiņa grūtniecības iznākumu, bet palielina medicīniskā aborta risku.

Due to increased use and availability of psychopharmacotherapy, an issue of pregnancy management and maintenance therapy adjustment for women with mental and behavioural disorders is frequently addressed in practice and the outcome of pregnancy is predicted. The purpose of the study was to investigate the pregnancy outcomes for women suffering from mental and behavioural disorders. 94 of 128 respondents during pregnancy showed mental and behavioural disorders. These women have carried 129 pregnancies in total. Positive outcomes of pregnancy were in 67 cases, adverse outcomes - 20. Medicinal abortions were performed in 17 cases of pregnancy. When carrying out the study, it was established that psychopharmacotherapy during pregnancy has no impact on the outcome of the full term pregnancy, however, increase the risk of medicinal abortion.
