Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: ““Dakteru Klaunu” terapija, ka aprūpes komandas atbalsts” Mūsdienās “Dakteru Klaunu” terapija plaši tiek izmantota bērnu aprūpes praksē, tomēr medicīnas personāla aprindās valda domstarpības par to, kāda veida klaunu līdzdalība var palīdzēt atbalstīt aprūpes komandu. “Dakteru Klaunu” terapija Latvijā darbojas tikai pirmo gadu, tāpēc ir aktuāli veikt pētījumu dotajā nozarē. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādas atbalsta funkcijas aprūpes komandai nodrošina “Dakteru Klaunu” terapija. Mērķa sasniegšanai realizēti šādi uzdevumi: tika analizēta zinātniskā literatūra par “Dakteru Klaunu” terapiju; tika precizēta viņu līdzdalības kompetence procedūrās laikā; tika noteikta bērnu un viņu vecāku sagatavošanas pakāpe medicīniskām manipulācijām; tika izstrādāti intervijas jautājumi; tika veikta “Dakteru Klaunu” un māsu intervēšana; interviju rezultāti tika apkopoti un analizēti; tika veikti atbilstoši secinājumi. "Clown Doctors" have been working in Latvia for their first year, so a study on this account seems quite timely. Purpose of the current study: The purpose of this study is to determine Clown Doctor functions during the care process. To do this we have gone through the following steps: analyzing various sources concerning Clown Care and its applications while preparing children and their parents for medical procedures; developing and performing an interview among Clown Doctors and nurses; analyzing the interview data; making conclusions.
