Apmācības modelis onkoginekoloģiskām pacientēm staru terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Onkoginekoloģiskām pacientēm, kas saņem pirmreizējo staru terapijas kursu, ir nepietiekoša informācija par staru terapiju, izglītošanas trūkums par aprūpi pacientēm saprotamā veidā, ir cēlonis smagām staru terapijas komplikācijām, ilgstošai to ārstēšanai. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un aprakstīt piemērotāko apmācības modeli onkoginekoloģiskām staru terapijas pacientēm. Izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi – anketēšanu, izzinātas pacientu zināšanas un tas, kādā veidā viņas vēlās saņemt apmācību. Pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo, ka pacientu izglītošanā kā piemērotākais ir pacientu apmācības dialoga modelis. Atslēgvārdi: onkoginekoloģija, staru terapijas komplikācijas, apmācības modelis.

The patients receiving their first course of the ray therapy have insufficient information on the ray therapy, the lack of education about the care in the form understandable to the patients, is a reason of heavy complications after the ray therapy, the durable treatment thereof. The purpose of the paper is to state and to describe the most appropriate training sample for the onco-gynecological ray therapy patients. Using the quantitative research method - the questionnaire, there is found out the patients’ knowledge on the ray therapy and in what form they want to get training. The results of the study reflect that the most appropriate in the patients’ education is a dialogue sample of the patient training.
