Aprūpe pēc augšējo elpošnas ceļu orgānu operācijām otorinolaringoloģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs veltīts pacientu aprūpes problēmām otorinolaringoloģijā. Darbā aplūkota augšējo elpošanas ceļu orgānu anatomija un fizioloģija, galvenās saslimšanas augšējos elpošanas ceļos, to attīstība, kā rezultātā, pacients nonāk līdz ķirurģiskai ārstēšanai. Atsevišķa nodaļa atvēlēta pacientu aprūpei pēc augšējo elpošanas ceļu operācijām. Darbā izvirzīts mērķis izpētīt aprūpes problēmas pacientiem pēc operācijām augšējos elpošanas ceļos. Ar pētījuma palīdzību mēģināts pierādīt, ka aprūpes rezultātu pēc augšējo elpošanas ceļu orgānu operācijām nosaka kvalitatīva problēmu cēloņu izpēte. Pētniecības darba rezultātā iezīmējās galvenās aprūpes problēmas – apgrūtināta elpošana caur degunu, sāpes, sausuma sajūta mutē, rīklē. Pētijuma rezultāti apkopoti, un izdarīti secinājumi, kas būs par pamatu jaunām ievirzēm pacientu aprūpē.

The baccalaureate paper is devoted to the patient care problems in otolaryngology. In the paper there is considered the anatomy and physiology. The dominating illnesses of the upper respiratory tract, their development result in patients achieving the conditions requiring surgical treatment. Another section is devoted to the patient care after the upper respiratory tract surgeries. The objective set in the work is to study the problems in post-surgical care of the upper respiratory tract patients. There was an attempt to demonstrate in the research that the care result following the upper respiratory tract organ surgeries is determined by the qualitative study of the problem causes. The results of the research were summarized and several conclusions were made to form the grounds for the new directions in the patient care. As the result of the completed research there have been clarified the major problems in the care – cumbered breathing through nose, pain, dryness in the mouth, throat.
