Sociālā darba specifika darbā ar klientu ar suicīda risku

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Sociālā darba specifika darbā ar klientu ar suicīda risku”. Darba mērķis ir pētīt un raksturot sociālā darba specifiku darbā ar klientu ar sucīda risku. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 9 apakšnodaļām. Pirmā nodaļā analizētie temati ir suicīda raksturojums dažādu autoru skatījumā, cēloņi, motīvi un riska pazīmes, kā arī personu ar suicīda tendencēm riska grupas. Otrā nodaļā darba autore pētīja suicīdu un suicīda mēģinājumu skaita dinamiku un suicīda riska novēršanas aspektus, kā arī suicidālās uzvedības motīvus Latvijā. Trešā nodaļa ir par sociālo darbu ar klientu ar sucīda risku. Ceturtā nodaļa veltīta empīriskā pētījuma rezultātu analīzei, kurā tiek pētīts sociālo darbinieku viedoklis par sociālā darba specifiku darbā ar klientu ar suicīda risku. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvo pētījumu metode- daļēji strukturēta intervija. Darba autore secināja, ka sociālais darbs ar klientu ar sucīda risku balstās uz krīzes iejaukšanās sociālo darbu, kas ir intensīva un produktīva mijiedarbība ar klientu īsā laika posmā, kura ir vērsta uz krīzes problēmu atrisināšanu, situācijas izmainīšanu un klienta sociālās funkcionēšanas atjaunošanu un reintegrāciju sabiedrībā. Savā darbā ar klientu ar suicīda risku sociālais darbinieks ieņem kontakta veidotāja, klausītāja, klienta verbālās un neverbālās valodas vērtētāja, problēmas noskaidrotāja un definētāja, palīga, risinājuma meklētāja, resursu piesaistītāja, plānotāja, informētāja, motivētāja, starpnieka un problēmu risinātāja lomas. Svarīgākie sociālā darba specifikas elementi darbā ar klientu ar suicīda risku ir suicīda cēloņu novēršana, atbalsta un palīdzības sniegšana, psiholoģiskā, materiālā un sociālā palīdzība, klienta problēmu risināšana, sociālā, ekonomiskā un civilo tiesību aizsardzība, dažādu profesionāļu palīdzība, psihosociālais darbs ar klientu, viņa ģimeni un tuviniekiem, palīdzība krīzes situācijās un sociālā rehabilitācija pēc pašnāvības mēģinājuma.

The thesis of degree work is “Specificity of social work working with the suicide risk client”. The aim of the work is to research and describe the specificity of social work with the suicide risk client. Work consists of four chapters and 9 subdivisions. In the first chapter the suicide descriptions of different authors, cause, motives, indications of risk and groups of risk of suicide tendency people are analysed. In the second chapter dynamics of the suicide and suicide attempt number, prevention aspects of risk of the suicide and the motives of suicidal action in Latvia are researched. The third chapter is about social work with the suicide risk client. In the fourth chapter the authoress concentrate to results of analysis of research about social workers’ insight of the specificity of social work with the suicide risk client. The qualitative research method – partially structured interview is used in research. The author concluded, that social work with the suicide risk client is based on crisis intervention social work, that is intensive interaction with client in short period of time, that is turn on crisis problems resolution, alteration of the situation, client’s social functioning recovery and reintegration in society. Social worker plays the roles of contact creator, listener, estimator of client’s verbal and body language, establisher and definer of a problem, assistant, searcher of the solution, attracter of resources, planner, informer, motivator, broker and solver of a problem in the work with the suicide risk client. The main elements or the specificity of social work with the suicide risk client are prevention of suicide causes, support and help rendering, psychological, financial and social help, social, economic and civil rights’ defence, help of different professionals, psychosocial work with the client, his family and the immediate family, help in crisis situations and social rehabilitation after the attempt of suicide.
