Līdzatkarības fenomens un tā ietekme uz sociālo darbu ar alkohola atkarīgo klientu

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir ,,Līdzatkarības fenomens un tā ietekme uz sociālo darbu ar alkohola atkarīgo klientu’’. Ko nozīmē būt līdzatkarīgam, kādu ietekmi tas atstāj uz personu, autore atklās šajā diplomdarbā. Diplomdarba mērķis ir pētīt līdzatkarības fenomenu un tā ietekmi uz sociālo darbu ar no alkohola atkarīgu klientu. Diplomdarbā tiek skaidrotas līdzatkarības izpausmes, termins, attīstības fāzes un līdzatkarības mazināšanas veidi. Autore atklāj, kā līdzatkarība ietekmē sociālo darbu ar gadījumu, kurā ir alkohola atkarīga persona. Autores empīriskais pētījums, atspoguļo dažādu Rīgas sociālo dienestu darbinieku un rehabilitācijas institūcijās strādājošo viedokli un izpratni par līdzatkarības ietekmi uz sociālā darba procesu. Autore secina, ka līdzatkarība ietekmē sociālā gadījuma risināšanas procesu ar alkohola atkarīgo personu, tādēļ sociālajam darbiniekam līdzatkarības faktu jāņem vērā un jāstrādā ne tikai pie atkarīgā cilvēka problēmas, bet arī pie līdzatkarības mazināšanas. Diploma topic is ,,Phenomenon of codependency and its implications on social work with alcohol dependent clients’’. What it means to be codependent and what impact it would have on person, the author will reveal in this diploma paper. The aim of this diploma is to investigate the phenomenon of codependency and its effect on social work with the alcohol-dependent clients. This diploma describes manifestations of the codependence, and explains codependency term and it’s development phases and codependency mitigation types. The author carried out an empirical research, reflecting the opinion of different Riga social service social workers and professionals working in rehabilitation institutions, and understanding of codependence’s impacts on social work processes. The author concludes that codependency affects social case resolution process with alcohol-dependent persons, therefore, it would be important that the social worker considers codependency fact and works not only with alcohol dependency problems, but also at codependency reduction.
