Sociālais kapitāls programmas "Jaunatne darbībā" dalībnieku dzīvesstāstos

Abstract

Laikā, kad Eiropas Komisija ir samazinājusi kopējo finansējuma apjomu programmai „Jaunatne darbībā”, daudzi jaunieši tik un tā izvēlās piedalīties šajā programmā. Teorētiķi runā par kapitāla apriti un transformāciju no vienas kapitāla formas citā, tāpēc pastāv jautājums - vai samazinoties ekonomiskajam kapitālam, kas tiek piešķirts programmas finansēšanai, necieš viena no tās pamatidejām, kas norādīta programmas vadlīnijās – bagātināt Eiropas jauniešu sociālo kapitālu? Pētījuma laikā veiktās intervijas ar jauniešiem, kas piedalījušies programmā „Jaunatne darbībā”, parāda jauniešu pašinterpretāciju jautājumā par sociālo kapitālu viņu dzīvē un šīs Eiropas Komisijas finansētās programmas lomas ietekmi uz viņu sociālo kapitālu un tā jaunradi. At the time, when the European Commission has cut the total amount of funding for the program „Youth In Action”, still many young people choose to participate in it. Theorists speak about movement of capital and transformation from one form to another, so there is an issue – doesn’t decrease of economic capital allocated to finance the program ail one of its basic idea set out in the guidline – to enrich social capital of young people? Interviews with young people, who have participated in program „Youth In Action”, carried out during the study, show self-interpretation of young people on this European Commission funded program for the role of the impact on their social capital and its creativity and social capital in general.
