Attieksme pret mobingu skolēnu un skolotāju vidū

Abstract

Diplomdarba „Attieksme pret mobingu skolēnu un skolotāju vidū” mērķis ir noskaidrot skolēnu un skolotāju attieksmi pret mobingu un tā risināšanu skolās. Mobings ir ilgstoša fiziskā un emocionālā vardarbība, kas norisinās grupā un ir vērsta pret vienu vai vairākām personām.

Darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, no kurām divas iepazīstina ar mobiga problēmu un risināšanu teorētiski. Trešā nodaļa apraksta pētījuma rezultātus, kurā autore ar anketu un interviju palīdzību ir noskaidrojusi skolēnu un skolotāju attieksmi pret mobingu. Galvenie pētītie jautājumi ir: cik izplatīts ir mobings skolās, kādas ir tā izplatītākās pazīmes, kā un kam to vajadzētu risināt.

The purpose of diploma „Attitude towards mobbing among pupil and teachers” is to explore attitude of pupil and teachers towards mobbing and solving this problem at schools. Mobbing – it is prolonged physical and emotional violence, which occurs in a group and is directed towards one or several individuals.

The work is divided into three chapters, from which two introduce with the problem of mobbing and theoretical solutions of it. The third chapter explores the result of the analysis, in which author, using inquiries and interviews, has disclosed attitude of pupils and teachers towards mobbing. Main explored issues are: how wide spread is mobbing at schools, what are the most common features, who and how should solve this problem.
