Abstract
Ministru prezidents ir trešā oficiāli augstākā amatpersona Latvijas Republikā, kura kandidatūru šim amatam izvirza Valsts prezidents. Uzaicinātais Ministru prezidenta amata kandidāts izveido Ministru kabinetu, par kuru balso pēc tam Saeimā.
Darba autores izvirzītā hipotēze - Latvijas Republikas 8.-11. Saeimas laikā vēlēšanu rezultātā Saeimā iekļuvušo partijas izvirzītie kandidāti Ministru prezidenta amatam ir spējuši sekmīgi vadīt koalīcijas veidošanas sarunas, pamatojoties uz viņu izteikto lomu partiju un līdera pazīmēm.
Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt, kā no Ministru prezidenta amata kandidatūras izvirzīšanas no partijas puses viņš nonāk līdz Valsts prezidentam, kurš savukārt izvēlas kādu no partiju piedāvātajiem, kā arī, izpētīt Ministru prezidenta amata kandidāta koalīcijas partneru meklēšanu un sarunu procesu, kā kandidāta izveidotā koalīcija nonāk līdz Saeimai, kad par šo izveidoto Ministru kabinetu tiek balstos Saeimā. The Prime Minister is the third highest official of the Republic of Latvia, the head of state nominates a candidate for Prime minister. Invited Prime Minister candidate form the Cabinet of Ministers, then the Parliament vote of confidence.
The raised hypothesis of the work – the Republic of Latvia from the 8th until 11th Parliament after the parliamentary elections parties nominate candidates for the post of the Prime Minister has been successful coalition building negotiations based on their role in the party and skills of leadership.
The aim of this Bachelors is to explore and analyze how the post of the Prime Minister’s nomination of the party side becomes to the President, who choose one of the parties offered candidates, as well as to investigate the Prime Minister designate for coalition partners search and negotiation process on the candidate's formed a coalition comes to the Parliament, when this is established by the Cabinet of Ministers supports the Parliament.
