Iekšējā komunikācija RP SIA "Rīgas satiksme"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Iekšējā komunikācija RP SIA ”Rīgas satiksme””. Pētnieciskā problēma ir izpētīt, kā Rīgas pašvaldības sabiedrībā ar ierobežotu atbildību „Rīgas satiksme” tiek organizēta iekšējā komunikācija, kādi iekšējās komunikācijas instrumenti tiek izmantoti darbinieku informēšanā un vai darbinieki ir apmierināti ar iekšējo komunikāciju. Bakalaura darba tēmas izpētei tika izmantota teorija par organizāciju, organizācijas komunikāciju un iekšējās komunikācijas instrumentiem. Pētījuma realizācijai izvēlētas trīs intervijas ar „Rīgas satiksme” darbiniekiem, kuri uzņēmumā atbildīgi par iekšējās komunikācijas organizēšanu, uzturēšanu un arī pārējo darbinieku aptauju. Pētījuma mērķis noteica izzināt, kā un ar kādiem instrumentiem notiek iekšējās komunikācijas organizēšana, lai panāktu darbinieku vienotu virzību uz kopējo mērķi. Darba rezultātā tiek secināts, ka uzņēmumā iekšējā komunikācija tiek organizēta, izmantojot dažādus komunikācijas instrumentus un katram no ieviestajiem instrumentiem ir sava funkcija. Toties aptaujāto darbinieku atbildes liecina, ka viņus iekšējā komunikācija apmierina daļēji un darbinieki vēlas augstākās vadības iesaistīšanos kopējo mērķu sasniegšanā. Bachelor thesis is ”Internal Communication in RP SIA ”Rīgas satiksme””. The goal of this research is to study how internal communication is organised in the Riga municipal company “Rīgas satiksme”, what internal communication tools are used to inform employees and whether employees are satisfied with internal communications. This Bachelor thesis research is using the theories of organization, organization’s communications and internal communication tools. To accomplish this I’ve chosen three interviews with the “Rīgas satiksme” employees, who are responsible for organising the internal communication, maintenance, and the rest of the staff survey. The aim of this research was to study how and by what instruments the organisation’s internal communications are done to achieve a united progress of all employees towards the common goal. The result of this research concludes that the internal communication in the company is organised through a variety of communication tools, and each of the tools introduced has a specific function. However, the responses of workers surveyed indicate that they are only partially satisfied with the internal communication and they wish for a deeper senior management involvement to achieve the common goals.
