Sieviešu pašrealizācijas iespējas Latvijas politikā

Abstract

Šī bakalaura darba tēma ir „Sieviešu pašrealizācijas iespējas Latvijas politikā”. Darba autore to ir izvēlējusies, lai izpētītu vai Latvijas labie rezultāti dzimumu vienlīdzības ziņā, ir attiecināmi arī uz politisko sfēru. Lai to noskaidrotu darba autore veic teorētisku izpēti, kurā aplūko dzimumu līdztiesībai piesaistītos terminus kā arī analizē dzimumu līdztiesību no psiholoģiskā, socioloģiskā un politiskā skatu punkta. Sava darba empīrisko daļu autore strukturē divās daļās. Pirmajā tā aplūko un salīdzina LR Labklājības ministrijas jau veiktos pētījumus šajā sakarā. Otrajā daļā darba autore pati veic un apkopo jau veiktas intervijas ar Latvijas politiķēm (sākot ar pašvaldību un beidzot ar parlamenta un ministru kabineta līmeni), kuras skaidro šobrīd pastāvošo situāciju un savu pieredzi.

This bachelor research paper theme is „Women’s self-realization possibilities in Latvia’s politics”. The author chose this theme to clear out whether the Latvia’s good results in terms of gender equality can also be applied to the political sphere. To find out this, the author carried out a theoretical study, which looks at the gender-linked terms and analyses term ‘gender’ from a psychological, sociological and political point of view. The empirical part of this paper author structured in two parts. In first are explained and compared studies of the Ministry of Welfare. In the second part the author herself interweaved also and collected in interviews with Latvian politicians (started from the government level to parliament and cabinet level), which explains the present situation and their experience.
