Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Patērētāju attieksme pret zīmolu ”H&M””.
Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot patērētāju viedokli, uzskatus un vērtējumus par ”H&M” zīmolu vispārīgi un Latvijā.
Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām – teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās un empīriskās daļas.
Darba teorētiskā daļa sadalīta trīs nodaļās, kurās aprakstīts zīmols, patērētāju uzvedība un mārketinga komunikācija. Teorijā skaidroti termini – zīmols, zīmolvedība, patērētāju uzvedība un mārketinga komunikācija. Apakšnodaļās aprakstīta zīmola identitāte un personība, zīmola vērtība, korporatīvais zīmols un patērniecība.
Kā pētniecības metodes tiks izmantota kontentanalīze un anketēšana.
Darba empīriskajā daļā tiks sniegts īss ”H&M” raksturojums, kā arī analizēta uzņēmuma komunikācija sociālajā tīklā twitter.com. Analizēti tiks arī patērētāju komentāri pie rakstiem par zīmola ienākšanu Latvijā un aptaujas rezultāti.

The aim is to find out consumers’ opinions and valuation of brand ”H&M” overall and in Latvia.
The research consists of three parts: theory, methodology and empirical findings.
The theoretical part consists of three chapters, which describes the brand, consumer behaviour and marketing communication. The theoretical part explains terms – brand,consumer behaviour and marketing communication. The brand identity and personalityu, brand equity and corporative brand are explained in subsection.
As research methods content analysis and survey will be used.
The empirical findings will give a brief characterization of ”H&M”, as well as analysis of company’s communication in twitter.com. Comments of the consumers to articles about the brands entrance into Latvian market will be analysed and the results of survey.
