Ogres novada domes sabiedrisko attiecību darbs ar viedokļu līderu daļējām publikām (2005. ─ 2006.)

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Ogres novada domes sabiedrisko attiecību darbs ar daļējo publiku viedokļu līderiem (2005-2006)” autore – Latvijas Universitātes Sociālo zinātņu fakultātes Komunikāciju zinātnes bakalaura programmas 4.kursa studente Gunita Sapožņikova, bakalaura darba vadītājs – Dr.hist. Ojārs Skudra. Darba pētnieciskais mērķis ir izpētīt atsevišķas Ogres novada daļējās publikas, identificējot tajās iespējamos viedokļu līderus, lai noskaidrotu turpmākos darbības principus SA efektivitātes kāpināšanai pašvaldībā. Petījuma pamatā autore balstās uz tādām teorētiskām nostādnēm kā teorētiķa Braina Makneira politiskās komunikācijas definētajiem jēdzieniem, vācu zinātnieka Gintera Benteles SA skatījumu, kā arī jaunāko Dhavan V.Shah, Dietram A.Scheufele veikto pētījumu - Explicating Opinion Leadership:Nonpolitical Dispositions, Information Consumption, and Civic Participation – “Izskaidrojot viedokļu līderību: apolitiskās nostādnes, informācijas patēriņš un pilsoniskā līdzdalība” (2006). Pētījumā autore izmanto 2005.-2006.gadā pieejamos, ar Ogres novada domi saistītos dokumentus, publikācijas, datus, kas skar pašvaldības darbu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām pamatnodaļām – teorētiskās un analītiskās pētījuma daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā autore apraksta tādus jēdzienus, kā lokālā publiskā sfēra politiskajā komunikācijā, pašvaldību SA un viedokļu līderība daļējās publikās. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā autore veic iedzīvotāju aptauju ar anketas palīdzību, intervē viedokļu līderus, analizē laikraksta un interneta publikācijas, apraksta Ogres novada domes SA bāzes funkciju veikumu. Paralēli tiek izmantotas gan kvantitatīvās, gan kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes. Pētījuma rezultātā autore izdara secinājumus un priekšlikumus turpmākai pašvaldības sabiedrisko attiecību darba efektivitātes kāpināšanai.

The author of Bachelor thesis “Ogre County Council Public Relations with Opinion Leaders of the Partial Publics (2005-2006)“ – Gunita Sapožņikova, Bachelor program student in communication science at the faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Latvia. The supervisor – Dr.hist.Mr.Ojārs Skudra. The aim of the research is to investigate separate Ogre county partial publics in order to identify possible opinion leaders there. The identification of opinion leaders would improve the efficiency of public relations strategies at the Ogre municipality. The theoretical foundations for the Bachelor are based on Brian McNair political communication definitions, Gunter Bentele viewpoint on public relations and Dhavan V.Shah, Dietram A.Scheufele recent research - Explicating Opinion Leadership: Nonpolitical Dispositions, Information Consumption, and Civic Participation – (2006). There are used different documents, data and publications, concerning Ogre county council’s competence field (2005-2006) in the research. The Bachelor includes two basic theoretical and analytical chapters. In the theoretical part the author describes such concepts as local public sphere, political communication, public relation principles and opinion leadership. The author based her research on the methods combining quantitative and qualitative analysis. One of the basic methods in the research involved in-depth interviewing with Ogre county opinion leaders. The opinion leaders are identified by interrogative data collection and media content analyses. The author also describes Ogre county council public relation management. In the result of the research the author comes to conclusion, how to improve the efficiency at the municipality public relations field.
