| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba „Interneta tiesiskās un morālās regulācijas rāmējums ziņu portālos: ACTA gadījuma analīze” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā diskusija par informācijas regulāciju internetā notiek medijos un kādu rezonansi tajos rada starptautiska nolīguma interpretācijas.
Teorētiskajā daļā raksturotas informācijas uzraudzības problēmas.
Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze, rāmējumu analīze un daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Starptautiska nolīguma neskaidrais formulējums pieļauj interpretācijas iespējas. ACTA nolīguma nenoteiktība izraisa spekulācijas un minējumus par sankcijām un bažas par pamatbrīvību apdraudēšanu. Mediji izceļ rezonansi raisošas un provokatīvas publikācijas. Komentāros atbalstīta brīva piekļuve informācijai un nosodīts ACTA nolīgums.

| dc.description.abstract | The theses „Framing of moral and legal regulation of the Internet in news portals: the case study of ACTA” aim is to find out how the information on internet regulation is being discussed in media and what is the resonance being made by the interpretations of the international agreements.
The theoretical base consists of the explanation of the information regulation problems.
In this research quantitative and qualitative content analysis, frame analysis and semi – structured interviews were used. Ambiguous statement of international agreement allows high range of interpretation. The ambiguity of ACTA made various speculations and worries about sanctions and threat to the civil rights. The media mostly highlights scandalous and provocative articles and condemnation of ACTA are mostly shown in commentaries.
