Abstract

Daudzas Preiļu novada organizācijas un iestādes piedāvā digitālos resursus. Maģistra darba „ Digitālās vides aktori Preiļu novadā” pētījuma mērķis ir apkopot un izvērtēt Preiļu novadā pieejamos digitālos resursus, digitālās informācijas publiskošanai izmantotās tehnoloģijas, analizēt digitālo resursu veidotāju un turētāju sadarbību informācijas apritē, iespējas piedāvāt šos elektroniskos resursus plaši pieejamā vidē un lietotāju apmierinātība ar piedāvājumu. Lai realizētu maģistra darbā izvirzīto mērķi ir veikta digitālo resursu teorētiskā izpēte, apskatot jautājumus, kas saistīti ar Preiļu novadā publiski pieejamo digitālo resursu tipoloģiju un standartizāciju, apskatīta jautājuma izpētes pakāpe, analizēti pētījuma gaitā iegūtie rezultāti un izstrādāti ieteikumi, kā veidot un attīstīt Preiļu novada digitālo vidi. The aim of the master’s thesis “Digital environment actors in Preili County” is to obtain and evaluate the information about digital resources available and technologies used to publish digital information in Preili County; to analyse cooperation among the creators and holders of the digital resources; to study possibilities of making these electronic resources widely accessible and to find out the level of users’ satisfaction with the existing provision of digital resources. In order to achieve the aim of the master’s thesis, the author has carried out theoretical study of digital resources. While researching into subjects concerning typology and standardization of publicly available digital resources in Preili County, the extent of the previous studies was also examined. The results obtained during the research have been analysed and recommendations on how to create and develop the digital environment of Preili County have been drawn up.
