Baltijas Asamblejas un Ziemeļu Padomes sadarbība - no 1991.gada līdz 2005.gadam

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros analizēta Baltijas valstu starpparlamentārās institūcijas (Baltijas Asamblejas) un Ziemeļvalstu starpparlamentārās institūcijas (Ziemeļu Padomes) sadarbība. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Baltijas Asamblejas un Ziemeļu Padomes sadarbību no 1991. gada līdz 2005. gadam, raksturojot un analizējot sadarbības līmeņus un jomas, kā arī identificējot problēmas un nākotnes perspektīvas. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek izvirzītā hipotēze: ja Baltijas Asamblejas un Ziemeļu Padomes institūciju darbība tiek koordinēta un sadarbība tiek institucionalizēta, tad Baltijas Asamblejas un Ziemeļu Padomes sadarbība veicina ne tikai Baltijas valstu un Ziemeļvalstu parlamentāro sadarbību, bet arī Baltijas un Ziemeļu valstu sadarbību kopumā.

Within the bachelor paper the cooperation between the Baltic parliamentary cooperation organization (the Baltic Assembly) and the Nordic parliamentary cooperation organization (the Nordic Council) is analysed. The aim of the bachelor paper is to study the cooperation between the Baltic Assembly and the Nordic Council from 1991 till 2005, to describe and analyse levels and areas of cooperation, as well to identify existing problems and perspectives of future cooperation. The hypothesis of the bachelor paper states: if the activities of the Baltic Assembly and the Nordic Council institutions are coordinated and the cooperation is institutionalized, then the cooperation of the Baltic Assembly and the Nordic Council promotes not only the Baltic and Nordic parliamentary cooperation, but also the cooperation in general.
