Aviopasažieru tiesību praktiskā realizācija Eiropas Savienības patērētāju politikas kontekstā

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Aviopasažieru tiesību praktiskā realizācija Eiropas Savienības patērētāju politikas kontekstā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt, vai aviopasažieru tiesību praktisko īstenošanu var uzskatīt par efektīvu, jo patērētāji tieši aviopasažieru tiesību ievērošanu uzskata par visproblemātiskāko. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek aplūkota rīcībpolitikas realizācija un tās efektivitātes kritēriji teorētiskajā literatūrā, ES patērētāju politika un aviopasažieru tiesības. Balstoties uz lejupvērsto pieeju tiek veikta aviopasažieru tiesību īstenošanas analīze.
Bakalaura darba beigās hipotēze apstiprinās – lai arī ES patērētāju politikas ietvaros aviopasažieru tiesības ir juridiski definētas, to praktiskā realizācija nav efektīva.
Atslēgas vārdi – aviopasažieru tiesības, ES patērētāju politika, rīcībpolitikas īstenošana, lejupvērstā pieeja The theme of the Thesis is „Practical realization of air passenger rights in the context of European Union Consumer policy” and the aim of the work is to investigate whether the practical realization of air passenger rights can be considered as efficient. Within the framework of the Thesis is addressed a concentrated range of issues – namely policy implementation and its criteria of effieciency within the framework of theoretical literature, EU Conusmer policy and air passenger rights. Furthermore the subsequent part of the work focuses on the analysis of the pracitcal realization of air passenger rights using top-down approach.
It is concluded that the practical realization of air passenger rights is not efficient.
