Abstract

Daudzpartijas sistēmas veidošanās un attīstība Latvijā pēc 1988. gada.

Pēc neatkarības atgūšanas Latvija uzsāka savu ceļu uz demokrātisku sabiedrību. Politiskām kustībām, politiskām partijām un vēlēšanām bija nozīmīga loma šajā pārejas periodā.

Politisko partiju un to sistēmas attīstība ir viens no svarīgākajiem Latvijas kā demokrātiskas valsts attīstības kritērijiem.

Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā Latvijā, pēc autoritāras vienpartijas sistēmas ilgstošas pastāvēšanas, deviņdesmito gadu sākumā izveidojās daudzpartiju sistēma un kādi apstākļi to ietekmēja.

Darba sākumā, teorētiskajā daļā, tiek izpētīta politisko partiju būtība, partiju sistēma un tās tipi, daudzpartiju sistēmas vēsture. Tālāk autors sniedz informāciju par tā perioda daudzpartiju sistēmu Latvijā, apraksta partiju sistēmas rašanos un attīstības procesu, aplūko politisko partiju izveidošanos. Nobeigumā ir sniegts bakalaura darba apkopojums un galvenie secinājumi.

Bakalaura darba hipotēze ir: sociālie un politiskie konflikti ir daudzpartijas sistēmas iemesls Latvijā. Autors cenšās pierādīt hipotēzi, analizējot Latvijas politiskās partiju sistēmas attīstību un tās veidošanās procesu.

Analizējot tā perioda politisko situāciju un aprakstot politiskās teorijas, autors izmantoja angļu, franču, vācu, zviedru un poļu zinātnieku darbus. Šī darba izstrāde pamatojās galvenokārt uz publicistiku par Latvijas politiskajām partijām, darbā ir plaši izmantoti Latvijas Republikas preses izdevumi, dokumentu krājumi un saņemtā no latviešu politologu un vēsturnieku lekcijām informācija.

Formation and development of multiparty system in Latvia after 1988.

After gaining independence Latvia began its way to democratic society. Political movements, political parties and elections had a very important role during this transitional period.

Development of the political parties and party system is very important criteria for the development of Latvian democratic state.

The aim of the work is to describe how was the multy-party system built and what kind of circumstances had an ifluence on it in Latvia after the continuous tenses of authoritarian one-party system.

In the beginning of the paper, the theoretical foundation about the political parties and the multi-party system and its types is being stated. Further author investigates formation of the multi-party system in Latvia in the exact time period, the origination of the party system and its development process is examined, and an insight in the newly formed parties is given. The conclusions, that were obtained in the paper, are summarized.

The hypothesis of the paper is: social and political conflicts are the reasons of the existing multi-party system in Latvia. Author tries to prove the hypothesis in present work.

In the present work author used English, French, German, Swedish and Polish scientists to describe the political theories and the analyses of the political situation of that period. In the analysis of the formation of multi-party system in Latvia author used a lot of document resources, Latvian Republic press and information received from the latvian politologist and historian lectures.
