Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība darbā ar novārtā pamestiem bērniem

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir “Starpinstitucionālā sadarbība darbā ar novārtā pamestiem bērniem”. Diplomdarba mērķis – pētīt un analizēt starpinstitucionālo sadarbību darbā ar novārtā pamestiem bērniem. Darbs sastāv no čertām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autore raksturo bērna pamešanu novārtā skaidrojumu. Tika analizēti bērna pamešanas novārtā veidi un pazīmes. Raksturoti bērna pamešanas novārtā cēloņi un riska faktori. Otrajā nodaļā tika analizēti bērna tiesību aizsardzība novārtā pamešanas gadījumos. Trešajā nodaļā tika raksturota starpinstitucionālā sadarbība bērna novārtā pamešanas gadījumos. Teorētiskajā literatūrā tika analizēta starpisnitucionālās sadarbības skaidrojums. Teorētiski tika pētīts starpinstitucionālās sadarbības modelis bērna novārtā pamešansas gadījumos ģimenē. Tika raksturotas iesaistīto institūciju kompetences darbā ar novārtā pamestiem bērniem. Pētījuma daļā tika analizētas ekspertintervijas, kuras mērķis bija pētīt efektīvu starpinstitucionālo sadarbību bērna novārtā pamešanas gadījumos. Tika secināts, ka ir nepieciešams izstrādāt vienotu starpinstitucionālo sadarbības modeli, kurā konkrēti tiktu noteiktas katras institūcijas kompetence darbā ar novārtā pamestiem bērniem.

The theme of the diploma work is “Interinstitutional Collaboration in Work with Children in a Stage of Neglect”. The aim of the diploma paper is to investigate and analyse interinstitutional collaboration in work with children in a stage of neglect. The diploma paper consists of four parts. In the first chapter of the theoretical part the author has described explanation of neglected children in families, as well as analysed types, indications, causes and risk factor of neglected children. The second chapter gives a description of protection of children rights in cases of neglecting. The third chapter deals with describing interinstitutional collaboration in cases of neglecting children. Besides it, the interinstitutional collaboration in the literature was explained as well as theoretical investigation of the model of the interistitutional collaboration in the cases of neglecting children in families was made. Moreover, proficiency of the institutions in the work with neglected children was described. In the empirical part the interviews with experts were analysed. The aim of those interviews was to clarify whether the institutions involved in interinstitutional collaboration understands their proficiency in the work with children in a stage of neglect. The author concludes that the model of interinstuitutional collaboration has to be made where the proficiency of institutions in the work with children in a stage of neglect is defined.
