Vecumposmu sociālā konstruēšana bērnu un pusaudžu žurnālos

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Vecumposmu sociālā konstruēšana bērnu un pusaudžu žurnālos” mērķis ir aplūkot, kā bērnu pusaudžu auditorijai domātie žurnāli runā ar savu lasītāju par sociālo realitāti, skaidrojot vai latviešu valodā iznākošajos bērnu un pusaudžu žurnālos var identificēt diskursīvās iezīmes, kas norāda uz žurnāla auditorijas vecuma grupu, vienlaicīgi konstruējot attiecīgajai vecuma grupai raksturīgu izpratni par apkārtējo pasauli. Šajā darbā kā teorētiskā perspektīva tiek aplūkots sociālais konstruktīvisms. Darba mērķu un uzdevumu sasniegšanai kā pētniecības metode izmantota kritiskā diskursa analīze. The aim of the master’s thesis “The Social Construction of Age in Children and Teenagers` magazines” is to examine how children and teenager targeted magazines address their readers regarding social reality. It is aimed to find out if in the children and teenagers’ magazines published in Latvian can such elements of discourse be identified that specify age of the target group of the magazine and simultaneously create worldview typical for the respective group of age. Social constructivism is taken for theoretical ground of the thesis. To achieve aim and objectives of the paper critical discourse analysis as research method is used. During the research there are following children and teenager magazines analyzed: “Spicite”, Spica” and “Puff”.
