Slazdi Internetā: kā, kad un kāpēc ir jāuzmanās

Abstract

Šajā darbā tiek pētītas vairākas shēmas, kā krāpnieki ar neētiskiem un/vai nelikumīgiem veidiem nopelna naudu Internetā. Tā kā tas nes materiālus vai nemateriālus zaudējumus citiem Interneta lietotājiem, ir svarīgi zināt, kā, kad un kāpēc ir jāuzmanās. Pētījums balstās uz antivīrusu kompāniju un individuālu drošības analītiķu tīmekļa žurnāliem, specializētām grāmatām, kā arī paša darba autora pieredzes. Pārsvarā tiek aplūkoti tikai tādi slazdi, pret kuriem pašreiz eksistējošie risinājumi – antivīrusi un specializēta tīmekļa filtrēšanas programmatūra – ir neefektīvi. Darba rezultātā tika izstrādātas vienkāršas, bet efektīvas rekomendācijas, kā Interneta lietotāji var būtiski paaugstināt savas izredzes nekļūt par krāpšanas upuri un nepazaudēt naudu, lietojot Internetu.

This thesis is focused on different schemes how frauds earn money in the Internet in unethical and/or illegal ways. Since that usually results in material or non-material losses of other users of the Internet, it is important to know how, when and why users should care. The research is based on blogs of antivirus companies and individual security analysts, specialized books and thesis’ author’s own experience. Mainly, we describe the traps, against which existing solutions – antiviruses and specialized web filtering products – are inefficient. As a result of this work, many technically simple, yet efficient recommendations to sufficiently increase chances of not falling victim of these traps were defined.
